Duguetia stelechanta

Duguetia stelechanta is a little-known but visually distinctive species of Annonaceae native to the Amazon Basin, particularly Brazil. It is recognized by its relatively small to medium-sized tree stature and its intriguing, cone-like fruits that resemble other members of the Duguetia genus. The fruits are typically covered in soft protrusions and are often yellowish or orange when ripe. The pulp is reported to be aromatic and sweet.
