Phytosanitary Certificate

Our farm is able to issue phytosanitary certificates for both domestic sale of plants and international sale of seeds which are issued in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).  We request 10 days advanced notice to get a phytosanitary certificate, however, we can usually get one issued in less time.  

Buyers are responsible for knowing import regulations and laws for the destination country, state, and local jurisdiction.  A phytosanitary certificate does not guarantee that the destination country will accept the seeds, and there is no refund given in the event that seeds do not reach the buyer.
