Eugenia sp. "Red Pitangatuba"

Native to Serralandia in Bahia, Brazil. This is an amazing new eugenia species that has brilliant red flesh with distinctive ribbed, sometimes known as a costacostate ribs resembling E. selloi. The fruit has a pleasant, sweet flavor.
