Duguetia stenantha "Mano de Tigre"

This species grows in the departments of Amazonas, Caquetá and Vaupés and is native to Colombia, Brazil and Peru. It grows at altitudes between 100 to 400 meters above sea level.

The fruit has a pleasant sweet sapodilla-like flavor and each component section has one seed.
