Eugenia sp. "Exceptional"

Produces big drop-shaped fruits, 9 cm length x 6 cm width, orange thin skin, pulp of same color, dense, juicy, sweet, scant, slightly tingly, drying sensationastringent, no bitterness or resinous aftertaste. Present hints of E. uniflora and E. luschnathiana. Few, soft fibers. Lives on well preserved Atlantic Rainforest on top of hills. Rio de Janeiro virgin forest.
