Garcinia sp. "Lindero" Seeds

Garcinia sp. "Lindero" is a species of Garcinia found in Northern South America. This tree bears large, rough-skinned fruits that measure approximately 6-8 cm x 5-7 cm. As an understory tree, it has large leaves, and the fruit is known for its sweet to sub-acid taste, with a larger edible proportion compared to other American Garcinias.

The edible portion of the fruit is approximately 28% by weight, which is similar to the weight of the edible portion of Garcinia humilis (Achachairu).
