Inga feuillei, also known as Pacay, is a tree that grows up to 7-12m and is commonly cultivated in Peru at elevations of up to 2,700m. The fruits of the tree measure 25-45cm in length and have a sweet, flaky pulp that surrounds the seeds.

The fruit is similar to other species of ice cream bean.
