Myrciaria caerulescens "Blue Guaquiea"

Blue guaquiea (Myrciaria caerulescens) is a shrub/small tree native to cerrado. The plant normally grows to a maximum of 2.5 meters. Expect to get fruit for years while this tree is in a container.

The fruit is sweet and slightly acidic, some people claim it is one of the best-tasting Myrciaria. Plants have begun flowering at as little as 4 years old.
