The aureana selection made by the famous Prof. Otto Andersen of the University of Viçosa (UFV) in Minas Gerais State, Brazil. It originally came to Prof. Andersen from UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais) as a graft. The fruits are big and ribbed, sometimes known as a costacostate, white/green with a very nice sweet floral flavor.
