The Cinnamon Apple tree produces rare and creamy fruits with a mild flavor that has a subtle sweetness. The flesh of the fruit has a milky texture with coarse graininess, resembling a seeded grape. In the Aztec or Mayan language, this fruit is referred to as Xox.
